Start with confirmed measurements
Refer to the specific product page for confirmed details. Each item must have confirmed measurements before it becomes available to order. Photos, display props and AI concept images should not be used to estimate physical size.
Necklaces
Use a soft tape or a piece of string to check the length you prefer, then measure the string with a ruler. Check the listed chain length, extender range and pendant dimensions separately.
A pendant sits differently depending on body shape, clothing, chain style and the size of the pendant. A flat-lay image cannot show exactly where it will sit on you.
Bracelets and cuffs
Measure your wrist at the point where you intend to wear the piece. Compare that measurement with the product’s usable inside dimensions, clasp and extender range. Ask for help if you prefer a loose or close fit.
Cuff openings and decorative parts can affect fit. An adjustable description does not mean an unlimited size range.
Rings
For a fixed-size ring, use a reputable ring sizer and confirm the size system stated on the product page. A finger can vary in size with temperature and time of day. Wider bands may feel different from narrow ones.
For an open ring, check the confirmed inside diameter and supported adjustment range. We do not publish a universal conversion chart without verified product dimensions.
Buying a gift
If you do not know the recipient’s size, contact us before ordering. Engraved items are final sale, so confirm the fit before engraving begins. Items ordered without engraving, including all earrings, can be returned or exchanged according to our Returns policy: within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging — contact us at sales@lunarcarat.com first; return shipping is paid by the customer.
