Returns and privacy
Necklaces, rings and bracelets offer optional free engraving; earrings are not engraved. You can choose no engraving instead. Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we engrave your submitted text incorrectly. Items ordered without engraving, including all earrings, can be returned or exchanged according to our Returns policy: within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging — contact us at sales@lunarcarat.com first; return shipping is paid by the customer. If our engraving differs from the text you approved, request assistance within 14 calendar days after delivery. Mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain applicable. For an order or return question, contact us for instructions before sending an item.
