• Free shipping on orders of $49 or more; a flat $15 on orders under $49 (USD in the US, CAD in Canada).
• Each piece is made to order — please allow up to 22 business days for delivery.

• Import duties, taxes and customs fees, if any, are paid by the customer.
• Engraved items are final sale for change-of-mind returns. Our engraving errors, faulty goods and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately.
• For items ordered without engraving, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging and resalable; customer-paid return shipping applies except for our errors or faulty goods.
